If a leader or leadership team clearly articulates a vision for high-quality project-based teaching and learning, builds a “Portrait of a PBL Teacher,” and designs and leads signature adult learning experiences in support of that vision, then they can set meaningful goals and manage the changes required to lead authentic learning in their context.
